  1. For online dating,
    bypass anyone who does not have a photo.
    Most dating experts will tell you this, but I believe that you can miss out on a lot with this strategy.

  2. Maintain an air of mystery.
    Always be late, never call when you say you will, break dates: after all, an element of surprise is an enticing, irresistible thing, right?
  3. Look for things to criticize.
    Get yourself revved up into a negative, picky mood and start tearing the other person apart.
    Criticize their clothes, teeth, home, car, job, and anything else you can think of.
  4. Always be on the lookout for “something better.”
    Forget working on a relationship with the person in front of you, use ‘em and lose ‘em, isn’t that what they say?
  5. Only talk about yourself.
    And whatever you do, don’t listen to the other person.
    Talk right over them.
    And be sure to look everywhere but at the person while you are jabbering on.
